Kleinburg – Instructor: Patricia Pisani

Certified Yoga Instructor.  Private & Semi Private. I pursued yoga as a physical practice with the intent to improve my overall health, strength and flexibility.  However, not only did I see an improvement in my health, as I continued on my new path I realized  that practicing yoga was so much more.  My practice has helped me to grow stronger and become more fearless both on and off the mat.  Yoga inspires me to live each moment fully with the awareness that each breath is a gift.  I currently specialize in Hatha yoga for beginners, yoga for kids and yoga therapy.  Visit www.powerflowyoga.ca for more information.

Markham – Instructor: Jacqueline Del Vasto

Jacqueline started practicing yoga in 2010, but it was only after she took her first Moksha class in 2014 that she really began to fall in love with her practice. The union of breath and movement really resonated with her and how it created moments of stillness in her life. Developing a deep connection with herself, and not to mention a sense of community that Moksha/Modo offered her, yoga went beyond the physical practice.  Jacqueline radiates her love and happiness with everyone she encounters at the studio. She loves music, dancing, the moon, journalling and mediating with her crystals. She also deeply values the support system outside of herself, her family, friends, studio communities and other work places. As a full time high school teacher, she has a rich passion for learning and growth, and brings this enthusiasm through her teaching.  Having recently completed her Moksha training in July 2018 in Kelowna, British Columbia, her journey as a yoga instructor has only just begun to sprout … and she cannot wait to stand witness as it blooms.

Markham – Instructor: Melissa Tolley

Melissa first found yoga in 2008 after a sports related injury, looking for a gentle form of movement to serve as another form of rehabilitation. After the first few classes she was in love with this practice, feeling a deep connection and a sense of peace. It became more than just a form of exercise but a healing practice.

Looking to further her knowledge and understanding of this practice she completed her 500 hour Vinyasa certification in Newport Beach, California in 2012. She is also teaches Pilates, Yin Yoga and Barre.

Markham – Instructor: Paria Mirazimi

Yoga is my love, my breath is my healer, my heart is my truth. Being involved in the world of yoga since 2007, I have come to discover many parts of myself that contribute to the wholeness of my being and unite me with all that is in this world. I am inspired by music, art, movement, and nature. Life breathes through you when you are moving, and when you are moving you create space for exploration, connection, evolution, and healing. My wish is for all hearts to open and for all healers to discover themselves.  Visit Paria at her facebook page.

Toronto West – Instructor: Carina

I believe yoga is a form of art. My intention for my classes is to weave fluidity into movement, and deepen awareness through breath. I draw inspiration from the beautiful planet we call home, I value creativity, and I share from a place of care and love. I graduated from the lovely Ahimsa Yoga, where I learned from J-P Tamblyn, and I am currently pursuing my 500 hours of yoga training at Yoga School, with Shawna Turner.

Hope to see you soon!
